Each role in BRESA sees the part of the work it is responsible for. A student sees their own membership. A fellowship leader sees their campus. The Finance Committee sees the ledger. National sees everything.
Demo mode — every portal opens without a password

What has to change
Right now every portal is open on purpose, so the executive can click through and tell us what is missing before we build the real thing. Nothing here is live association data.
- Put real sign-in in front of each portal, with roles so a student cannot open the finance ledger.
- Move the data off the browser and into a shared database, so what one leader saves the executive can see.
- Wire the join, contact and alumni forms so submissions reach the secretariat instead of stopping at a confirmation message.
- Agree who approves new fellowship registrations and who signs off giving records.
